What's new/fixed:

Select a button combination under: Configuration -> Controller Configuration -> Controller # -> Change Joypad Mappings -> Change UI Mappings -> Turn On/Off SlowMotion
Fine tune the slowdown delay by setting: Configuration -> General Settings -> Slowdown Delay
The Slowdown Delay is the number of milliseconds to pause in between each frame of emulation.
