I. Introduction

Used to read FSD 1.20 content.xml / FSD 2.0 fsd2content.xml and download Title Updates to the
'/cache/' folder in the applications root directory.
II. Usage
================
Has 2 buttons... Seriously. The hardest part is copying your content.xml to your PC, and if you
cant do that, well...
If it fails to open, download and install DotNet 4
